Internet/Website Consultant
This role is a key position in our Website Development Team, where you will be responsible for account management of our Website Development customers.
The position requires regular contact with our customers, ability to explain clearly what an Internet is and how it works in general and it’s importance to companies, design conceptual website struture, advising them about Search Engine Optimisation tactics, planning Online Marketing campaigns and facilitating some of those processes.
The role will be significantly about communicating with customers and, as such you will need to have an excellent and confident phone manner and be a fast keyboard operator.
Some administrative responsibility will be part of the role and someone who can handle sometimes repetitive processes is required.
The Successful Candidate
To be successful in this challenging role, you must be a University Graduate with a very good understanding of the Internet and how it works. You will also need a basic understanding of web programming languages (HTML, Javascript, PHP, etc) and database design.
You need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and should be able to Sell Ideas and concept to customers. You must be personally dynamic, hungry and self motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks, have initiative and above all, can perform and deliver.
